OUR WARRANTY PROTECTS YOUR INVESTMENT
We treat our clients like family, and that relationship doesn't end when the home is complete. We take great pride in our work and we're here for the long term to help you get the most out of your home.
Our comprehensive warranty is backed by the National Home Warranty Programs and includes:
2 years' coverage on labour and materials
12 months’ coverage for defects in material and labour
24 months' coverage for defects in material and labour for delivery and distribution systems (heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
5 years’ coverage for defects in the building envelope
10 years’ coverage for structural defects
This coverage is comprehensive for newly built homes, and in the case of a renovation or addition, applies to the portions of the home we've worked on.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
We understand the value of your time, and we know what's involved with moving into a new home. As you get settled in, we're here to help with all the little things that come up - acquisition of accessories, selection of furniture, learned advice on stocking your wine cellar - in short, anything that increases your enjoyment of the home. It's an ongoing relationship in which we take great pride.
