Aspen Estates House

This Prairie-style home is situated on a prominent lot backing onto woodland in Aspen Estates. Exteriors details and materials were tightly controlled by the developer's design guidelines but we had a free hand to express our clients' tastes on the inside. The open floor plan is laid out to take advantage of forest views to the rear. Extensive use of teak cabinetry brings a natural warmth to the living spaces.
