Library House

A modern, custom semi-detached residence in South Calgary featuring a dramatic 22' tall library tower and a butterfly roof. To deal with the steep topography of the site, each unit is accessed from the sidewalk by means of a footbridge. Each unit opens up onto large south-facing outdoor decks protected from the elements by deep overhanging eaves. Designed and built in 1999-2001.
