Kensington Laneway House

Winner of the 2018 BILD Calgary Award for Housing Excellence, this is a truly unique project. The three storey primary home faces a two storey laneway home across a central courtyard. A tunnel beneath the yard connects both units to facilitate multi-generational family living. It's a creative solution to allow for aging in place while allowing each part of the family an independent lifestyle.
